BMI stands for body mass index. Discover if you are underweight, healthy, overweight or even obese. Consider that BMI is statistical tool and it is unusable for children, persons with a large muscle mass, pregnant and lactating women and the elderly.

Bmi is more statistical tool. In practice there are more accurate methods like body fat percentage. Easy and important indicator is the waist circumference.

  • for women: risky is more than 80cm

    from 15 to 16

    from 16 to 18.5
  • Normal (healthy weight)
    from 18.5 to 25
  • Overweight
    from 25 to 30
  • Obese class I (Moderately obese)
    from 30 to 35
  • Obese class II (Severely obese)
    from 35 to 40
  • Obese class III (Very severely obese)
